Day 1: Tarangire from Arusha
Start from Arusha and head to Tarangire for a planned game drive. Continue to the Karatu area afterward. Arrive in Arusha the previous day so the itinerary can begin without depending on an international flight connection.

Day 2: Journey into the Serengeti
Travel through the northern circuit toward the selected Serengeti camp or lodge. Allow for a substantial road journey; wildlife viewing on arrival depends on the time available. Ask your planner to identify transit arrangements and fees in the quote.

Day 3 of 5
Day 3: Serengeti game drives
Explore from your base on a full safari day. Choose the daily rhythm with your guide, allowing time to observe wildlife rather than trying to cover every area. Meals may be at camp or packed for the drive according to the agreed arrangements.

Day 4 of 5
Day 4: Serengeti and onward to Karatu
Enjoy a final planned drive where timing allows, then travel toward Karatu. Keeping this transfer separate from the crater visit avoids combining both into one very crowded day. Discuss any optional stops before the itinerary is confirmed.

Day 5 of 5
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and return
Set out for the planned crater game drive and return to Arusha afterward. Confirm your onward arrangements only once the expected return plan has been reviewed. Extra accommodation or a beach extension can be quoted separately.
