Day 1: Arrive and settle into Arusha
Arrange an arrival transfer from your confirmed airport to an Arusha hotel. Take time to rest and discuss the safari briefing. Airport, arrival time, and transfer requirements must be supplied before the final itinerary is priced.

Day 2 of 7
Day 2: Tarangire safari day
Travel to Tarangire for planned game viewing, then continue to your Karatu-area accommodation. Share any family or photography priorities with the guide so the day can be paced appropriately.

Day 3: Travel to the Serengeti
Continue toward the selected Serengeti camp or lodge. This is a transfer day with possible wildlife viewing as timing permits. Accommodation location should reflect your dates and interests rather than a promise of a particular animal encounter.

Day 4 of 7
Day 4: Explore the Serengeti
Use a full day for planned game drives from your base. Discuss whether a longer outing with a packed lunch or time returning to camp suits your group. Any balloon experience would require separate availability and pricing.

Day 5 of 7
Day 5: Serengeti to Karatu
Plan a final drive where practical, followed by the road journey back toward Karatu. Keep the schedule flexible enough for the transfer and rest before the following day’s crater visit.

Day 6 of 7
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater and Arusha
Visit the crater as arranged, then continue to Arusha for your final hotel night. This creates a buffer between the safari return and your departure day. Review the day’s meals and permit arrangements with the team.

Day 7 of 7
Day 7: Departure or onward holiday
Arrange the transfer for your confirmed departure connection. If continuing to Zanzibar or another destination, ask for the transport and accommodation extension to be quoted separately. No additional game drive is assumed on this day.
